Supported agents

WaveMaker Studio shows the agents enabled for the current application and environment. Project platform filtering means the selector may contain fewer agents than this reference.

WaveMaker Agent

Choose WaveMaker Agent when a goal crosses development areas or needs coordination. It can divide work among specialists and continue related delegated work from saved context.

Specialists

Specialists have narrower instructions and tools:

  • WaveMaker UI Expert can create and change functional UI artifacts.
  • Backend Expert Agent handles backend and server configuration within supported boundaries.
  • Screenshot agents use platform-specific visual workflows.
  • WaveMaker Code Review Agent reports findings and does not edit the project.

Code Review Agent reviews local draft changes by default. Use entire, whole, or full when requesting a full page, file, or application review:

Review the entire Login page.
Review the whole application.

Availability

An agent can be absent because of project platform, release status, feature configuration, or environment policy. The selector in Studio is the source of truth for the current project.

Internal or beta agents may exist in the agent service without being intended for public use. Do not depend on an agent that is not visible in Studio.
